| UIA SUSPENDS FLIGHTS UNTIL MARCH 23 |
| Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) extends the suspension of flights due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace for civilian airspace users. This decision is according to the official NOTAM of the State Aviation Service. Accordingly, UIA will not operate regular and charter flights to / from Ukraine until March 23, 2022 UIA emphasizes that it maintains relations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Given the difficult situation UIA would like to advise the travel trade and passengers of delays in answering any queries or requests at this time due to limitations in communication channels. All current information on the status of flights will be posted on the official UIA website (www.flyuia.com). Passengers affected by canceled flights can take advantage of the free change of flight date for their unused ticket. Given the technical nuances of the martial law in Ukraine reimbursement/refunds according to the rules of the airline will be possible starting March 26, 2022. Passengers of canceled flights will be informed of further actions by e-mail or telephone, which are specified in the reservation. Travel Agents may contact their local UIA offices for any questions or concerns.
