After a flying start to the New Year, it’s good to know that we’ve kept the momentum going. This month we have a lot to celebrate, the month of love, SAA’s 89th Birthday and now the expansion of our route network to Malawi.
From the 16th of March SAA is resuming flights to Malawi, operating a triangular schedule from Johannesburg to Blantyre and Lilongwe and back to Johannesburg. The route from Johannesburg to Lilongwe is via Blantyre , while the route from Blantyre to Johannesburg is via Lilongwe.
We anticipate that our mutual customers will find something exciting to do in this beautiful country, from doing business in Blantyre to having a relaxing time at Lake Malawi, which can be accessed both from Lilongwe or Blantyre.
The Malawi flight schedule will operate on Thursdays and Saturday from our hub in Johannesburg. Please check your GDS for the schedule and offering.
