DT- TAAG Angola Airlines – Canada Agency Info update – Mis a Jour(POS-CA)

TAAG Angola Airlines [[IATA DT/118]], a BSP Canada participant and available for booking and ticketing in all major GDS systems, takes this opportunity to share the following relevant updates.

1. TAAG is carrying out its periodic ticketing audits across several international markets by the end of February 2023.
2. EMD’s: In the event that your GDS is not automatically doing this, DT requires that any EMD’s issued for the payment of penalties or ADCOLL’s need to be cross-referenced or associated in the original e-ticket field and if possible PNR also.
3. As a related item, please note that since 01 Feb 2023, standard or default commission that cam be claimed on DT published fares is limited to 3% – on all cabin classes.
4. Regarding Points 2 & 3, TAAG reserves the option to issue ADM’s in the event of any non-conformities.
5. Exciting Update!: During the 2022 calendar year, TAAG was excited to not only reactivate its pre-pandemic International flight network, but also to establish new code-share route partners and increase the amount of flights on some of the most popular routes. While offline from Canada, travel categories such as business, marines, humanitarian, round-the-world and leisure travelers – have been able to use the main LAD[Luanda] hub as a connecting point from South America and Europe to destinations such as South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia to fulfill itinerary requirements with competitive fares.
