Due to major schedule changes to have impacted our flight MS985/986, we will waive cancel fees for the flights impacted from 26MAR thru 28OCT 2023.
– Agents may rebook the new flights 1 day before/after or next available connecting flight at no extra cost (provided the space is rebooked in the same booking class of the original
– For affected customers they may also opt for a full refund (completely unused ticket) to the original form of payment

– Must be used for ARC issued tickets only
– Waiver code must be entered in the waiver box on IAR screen in order to avoid ADM
