Flexible Rebooking Policy – Toronto Spring Break

Air Canada has issued a Flexible Rebooking Policy to allow passengers travelling on connecting flights via YYZ to rebook on non-stop flights due to the busy Toronto Spring Break Weekend.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers connecting through YYZ are permitted one free change from a connecting itinerary to a non-stop flight as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is only permitted on AC operated flights.
For example, pax ticketed to travel on 09MAR YVR-YYZ-YUL can change to YVR-YUL without penalty or ADCOL, as long as they travel within the rebooking window.
