Worldspan System Trouble at the Japan Airlines American Region Ticketing Office

Please be advised that the American Region Ticketing Office is currently experiencing system problems with our Worldspan GDS.  We are unable to respond to your fare inquiries queued through Worldspan at this time.

For Worldspan users, please send your fare inquiries to the Japan Airlines Fare Desk by email until further notice

We will update you as soon as our Worldspan system is back to normal.  All other GDS users may continue to queue your fare inquires through your GDS system as usual.
