To facilitate our esteemed guests with their Inbound and Outbound flight/connection, the quests have booked on alternate Air India flights/date and the PNR’s are updated accordingly.
Please rebook and reissue their tickets with Nil ADC. Revised flight booking may be secure as far as possible in the same RBD or available RBD, provided it is in the same cabin.
While reissuing the ticket, please use the following waiver code in the endorsement box.

If the guest request to reschedule the flight to a future date, please use the above waiver code in the endorsement box while reissuing the ticket. Revised flight booking may be secure as far as possible in the same RBD or available RBD, provided it is in the same cabin.
If the guest requests a refund of the ticket, please use the above waiver code in the OSI remark of PNR before cancelling the same & processing the refund, and in the ticket’s coupon remark – wherever possible.
To avoid inconvenience to our esteemed guests, please disseminate the above information to guests booked through your agency (including your sub-agents)
