AI-SFO-Reschedule Notice AI 183 / AI184 dated 16Mar23 DEL / SFO / DEL is Delayed (POS-USA)

Due to operational reasons, incoming flight AI183, dated   16 Mar 23from Delhi (DEL) to San Francisco (SFO), is delayed and rescheduled to arrive in San Francisco at 0705 hrs LT on 17 Mar 23.  

Consequently, flight AI184, dated 16 Mar 23from San Francisco (SFO ) to Delhi (DEL) is now rescheduled to depart from San Francisco at 1000 hrs LT on 17 Mar 23.  

The Check-in counter for this flight will be opened at 0600 hrs LT and Closed at 0900 hrs LT on 17 Mar 23.  

PNR’s are updated, and details are queued to your office. Please action the queue in consultation with guests.  

To facilitate our esteemed guests with their Inbound and Outbound flight/connection, please rebook and reissue their tickets with Nil ADC. Revised flight booking may be secure as far as possible in the same RBD or available RBD, provided it is in the same cabin.  

While reissuing the ticket, please use the following waiver code in the endorsement box.  

W/AI IRR DELAY/AI###/DDMMMYY  

-AND-  

Incorporate the following OSI Remark in PNR  

3 OSI AI IRR DELAY/AI###/DDMMMYY  

Where  

### : Flight Number  

DDMMMYY: Date on which flight is cancelled.  

-AND-  

Whenever technically possible, the indicator in the fare construction must show I-“:  

e.g.   

Old fare construction: JFK AI X/DEL IT.END XF JFK 4.5  

New Ticket fare construction: I – JFK AI X/DEL IT.END XF JFK 4.5  

If the guest request to reschedule the flight to a future date, please use the above waiver code in the endorsement box while reissuing the ticket. Revised flight booking may be secure as far as possible in the same RBD or available RBD, provided it is in the same cabin.  

If the guest requests a refund of the ticket, please use the above waiver code in the OSI remark of PNR before canceling the same & processing the refund, and in the ticket’s coupon remark – wherever possible.  

To avoid inconvenience to our esteemed guests, please disseminate the above information to guests booked through your agency (including your sub-agents)   

Air India makes all efforts to appraise our esteemed guests if there is a disruption. To relay the vital information promptly to esteem guests, we request you to incorporate all guests’ origin and destination contact (mobile) numbers and email addresses in the PNR.
