Virtuoso’s Top 2023 Travel Trends for Canadians
Virtuoso® has revealed its top 2023 travel trends for Canadians in its 2022 Brand and Travel Trends Research. The leading global network specializing in luxury and experiential travel conducted the research in collaboration with YouGov. Key findings include:
- 75% of Canadians listed relaxation and disconnecting as the primary incentive for leisure trips
- Adventure travel is almost twice as important for Canadians than for global travellers
- 61% of Canadians prefer beach vacations, followed by 47% city exploration
- Canadians are equally as likely to travel to Europe as they are to travel within their own country
