Name correction requests will be free of charge as long as meeting the below criteria
On the basis of “same person” – permitted § Middle name addition or deletion§ Surname, Middle and First name swapped§ Title/gender correction§ Omitted part of the name§ Change name to match travel documents§ A spelling mistake or typo (regardless of the number of letters)§ Legal reasons, i.e. marriage, divorce, adoption, which can be validated by verifying the date of birth in the original and new document
(Passengers are encouraged to provide document proof for the name correction request)
If not the “same person” – not permitted
Kindly follow the attached document’s name amendment procedures and wait for authorization via SSR through GDS automatically (calling agency support after inputting the SSR request for name amendment is not required)
