CA-Notice of Document Information Entry (POS-CA)

Effective April 14, 2023,  when booking domestic flights in China with Air China, please make sure that the passenger information in PNR/locator is entered correctly:

Name, nationality, document type, document number and date of birth are the 5 key information.

ETERM system operating requirements:

1. Use the SSR DOCS command for entry, except for Chinese Citizen ID cards, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Resident ID cards and special ID cards (unidentifiable documents).
2. Use the SSR FOID command only supports the entry of Chinese citizen ID cards, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident ID cards and special ID cards (unidentifiable documents)

If the document information is not entered correctly, the system will prompt:

“SSR OTHS XX（reservation system code）DOCS INFO IS REQUIRED FOR YY（Airline code）FLT”
