KU- Kuwait Airways : Reprotection guidelines for BLR and HYD ticketed passengers.(POS-USA)

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Kuwait Airways will temporary discontinue its services to BLR and HYD , effective Jun 01, 2023.

Therefore, for smooth handling of the ticketed passengers, the ticketing agent should follow the below guidelines to assist the passengers :

• Fully unutilized tickets can be fully refunded with mandatory waiver code : “RY 35” to be inserted in tour code box and mention in endorsement : “INVOUL REFUND  KU HYD or BLR FLT CXLD” , while processing refund.

• Fully unutilized tickets or partially utilized tickets to be rerouted via BOM/DEL on Kuwait Airways by rebooking in the same RBDs,  if same RBDs not available send email to nycsbku@kuwaitairways.com. You can reissue the tickets with waiver code : “RY 36” to be inserted in tour code box and mention in endorsement : “INVOUL REROUTE KU DUE TO HYD or BLR FLT CXLD”, while reissuing the tickets.

• Fully /Partially unutilized tickets can be rerouted via BOM/DEL on Kuwait Airways  in combination with domestic sectors on AI (Air India) or UK (Vistara) to HYD and BLR. Please rebook KU sectors in the same ticketed RBDs and AI and UK in the lowest RBDs.

• It is mandatory to use the above waiver codes to avoid unnecessary debit memos.
