This travel waiver allows for voluntary changes for travel to, from or through the impacted airports as listed.
Impacted travel dates: April 15 -16, 2023
Impacted airports:
- New York/Newark, NJ (EWR)
- New York-Kennedy, NY (JFK)
- New York-LaGuardia, NY (LGA)
- White Plains, NY (HPN)
Applies to tickets issued on or before: April 14, 2023
Waiver code: 7JCT5
Add the waiver code to the Endorsement Box of the reissued ticket
Permitted changes: Travel agents may make voluntary changes and change fees (if applicable) and fare differences can be waived for new flights departing between April 15 – 20, 2023, when the rescheduled travel meets the following parameters
- Same booking class
- Same origin and destination
- Same airline
Reissues: Tickets can only be reissued by the agency that originally issued the ticket. Bulk/Net Fare tickets must be referred to the original issuing agent.
Point of sale: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru
Applicable tickets: Valid tickets (not expired), issued on NH (205) ticket stock
Refund: Tickets that meet the following criteria can be refunded to the original form of payment by the agency that originally issued the ticket by entering the waiver code in the Waiver Code box, Reason Code field, or Refund Application Box
- ANA flight is canceled or original flight is delayed and is estimated to arrive at the final destination more than 2 hours after the original arrival time
- Commission, if applicable, must be returned
