Due to the current state of emergency in Port-au-Prince (PAP), Air Transat has made significant adjustments to our flight operations to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers and crew.
We understand the impact this may have on your clients and are committed to providing flexible solutions during this challenging time.
Flight Cancellations and Adjustments:
- The flight scheduled for March 6th has been cancelled. Our team is in the process of notifying passengers booked on this flight, offering a full refund without any required action on their part.
- For passengers who have already commenced their travel and are scheduled to return to Canada on March 6th, we have arranged protection on flight TS665 on March 13th, 2024.
These passengers will also have the option for a cancellation and full refund if preferred.
Waiver Codes and Flexibility for Affected Flights:
To assist your clients affected by these changes, we are implementing the following waiver codes:
- For March 6th Flights:
- Cancellation: Use waiver code PAP0603CXLRFND for a full refund.
- Modification: Use waiver code PAP0603DAY to change flights without any penalties or fare differences.
- For Flights on March 13th:
- Flexibility Option: Use waiver code PAP1303DAY for changes without penalties or fare differences.
Conditions for Waiver Use:
- These measures apply only to bookings made before March 4, 2024.
- No change fee or fare difference will be applied.
- The date change must be completed no later than March 11, 2024, for a flight on a later date of the passenger’s choice.
Measures concerning subsequent flights will be taken in due course and communicated as soon as possible.
