 CATHAY PAYMENT POLICY

Attached is CX’s information on payment policy.

We kindly ask you to take note of the following:

• Overall payment policy.
• Payment methods for SOTO tickets.
• Alternative Transfer Methods (ATMs), including physical or virtual cards or account numbers used by agents to transfer monies collected from customers for passenger air transportation or ancillary services to BSP/ARC airlines.

We appreciate your reminder to teams and customers of these payment policies, as violations may result in:

• Termination of CX booking and ticketing capabilities.
• Issuance of an ADM to recover all associated costs incurred by CX due to prohibited payment methods, plus an administrative fee as outlined in the ADM policy of respective markets.
