NZ_Update – Impacted Flights (AUTH DUE HX)_POS-US/CA

We have identified an existing IATA holding an Air New Zealand ticket that has been impacted by one of the cancellations over the next 5 days.  We apologize for the inconvenience as we work through a system malfunction where we normally offer alternatives. However, in this instance, we ask for your assistance and kindly follow these steps:

Please book an alternative in your GDS via one of our gateways, LAX, IAH or SFO. This can be booked in the lowest available booking class in the GDS, within the same cabin.

For the connecting flights, please book the best class in the same cabin on UA/DL/AS and reissue free of charge with AUTH DUE HX in the endorsement box.

Applicable for UA and NZ flights over the Pacific via any combination of UA/NZ marketed or operated flights.

If the passengers do not wish to travel, a full refund is allowed for unused travel as per US DOT regulations.

Please process a refund in your GDS/ARC with AUTH DUE NZ (enter flight number) HX (enter travel date)
