LO – FOC changes extended May 31, 2022 & new Global Covid Policy v. 4.27 (POS-US)

Please see attached for the newest version of the Global COVID policy. We have extended FOC rebooking to the end of May, 2022.

Summary of the policy updates:

• For cancelled flights with travel dates on/after April 01, 2021 rebooking is possible within ticket validity. Please see page 4 of the attached document for the details of all the options in case of a cancelled flight.
• For non-cancelled flights change of travel dates possible until May 31, 2022.
