We’re starting to see an up-tick of fraudulent bookings for Inventory Circumvention.
Namely:
– Breaking married segments
– Ignoring Point Of Commencement logic: O/Ds must be booked in chronological order
– Booking segment by segment: O/Ds must be booked as married pairs.
All above are deemed deliberate actions to manipulate inventory and obtain lower class fares. Caution as ADMs typically range $600-$1500 per pax/per segment and bookings may be cancelled by carrier.
Above are Booking Policy basics and easily caught by carrier audit so please ensure that staff are mindful when booking or accepting bookings from others.
