1）Effective 16FEB2023, MU will SUSPEND some previously announced special regulations between JAN2020 & JAN2023 for COVID-19 prevention and related waiver codes MUNA01CN to MUNA16CN.
Such SUSPENSION, means that all MU/781 tickets issued or exchanged on/after 16FEB2023 will NOT be applicable for those special regulations previous announced with still valid now. However, any MU/781 ticket issued/exchanged on/before 15FEB2023 may still be applicable for ticket refund/exchange with the above suspended announcements/regulations if such announcements/regulations are valid/applicable.
自 2023 年 2 月 16 日起，废止疫情期间东航发布的相关退改特别规定文件 , 北美地区所涉及的市场通知单自 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月；退改签授权码自 MUNA01CN 至 MUNA16CN 等. 以上文件的废止是指，在 2 月 16 日（含）之后购买或换开的机票不再适用以上文件规定，但在 2 月 16 日（不含）之前购买或换开的机票，如符合上述文件适用范围的，仍可在机票有效期内按上述文件办理退改。
2）Effective 16FEB2023 (based on MU/781 ticket issue date or exchange date), any PAX (including International/Regional/China Domestic flight) with PCR-Positive result, the PAX and his/her travel companion can follow the new regulations to process ticket refund/exchange.
