Please take note of the below important information below pertaining to boarding gate closure times.
Boarding for all flights opens at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Travellers need to allow for sufficient time to pass through immigration and security. High traffic volumes are experienced at peak times and travellers are advised to please clear security and immigration more than an hour prior to the departure time of their flight.
Unfortunately travellers who fail to present themselves at the boarding gates before the stipulated boarding time, will be denied boarding without compensation. Boarding times vary across our network. Please ensure that your travellers check their boarding pass and airport boards carefully for the correct and updated information.

Flights to Accra, Lagos and Kinshasa – 60 minutes prior to departure
Flights from Accra and Lagos – 60 minutes prior to departure
