UK- Vistara’s Form of Payment Policy Update and Other Useful GDS Sales Audit Policies (POS-CA

Please be informed of Vistara’s sales auditing regarding the use of Form of Payment in error.

Form Of Payment (FOP):

Vistara reserves the right to raise an ADM for 3% of the value, if – Reissue or refunds a ticket to a different form of payment or a different credit card from the original form of payment used to purchase the ticket in breach of IATA Resolution 824r. An administration fee applies to each ADM in addition to the amount for which the ADM is raised.

Please note that this is for strict adherence and there will be no exceptions for any ADM’s raised.
