We would like to introduce you to our appointed Fare Audit Vendor, Accelya.
SAA has appointed Accelya to conduct the Fare Audit on SAA (083) documents. The Fare Audit will commence on 13 March 2023 targeting the initial issuance month of August 2022.
All SAA sales, refunds and exchanges are subject to the audit and therefore any under collection will be recovered through an Agent Debit Memo (ADM).
As per standard procedure should you receive an Agent Debit Memo (ADM) please follow the dispute process as per the ADM instruction.
The dispute procedure as well as the Fare Audit manual reminder will be communicated in a subsequent advisory.
