Customers can convert their credit voucher to SAA Voyager Wallet (V- Wallet) on or before
31 March 2023.
This option transfers the value of the credit voucher to SAA Voyager miles, which can be used on
SAA flights, Star Alliance partner airlines, other airline partners or non-airline Voyager partners. The
miles will be valid for a period of 3 years, from the date of conversion, and SAA will give customers
15% additional miles based on the fare at the time of transferring the credit voucher to Voyager
miles.
If customers are holding a ticket which has not been converted to a credit voucher, customers can
convert their un-flown tickets to V-Wallet and receive 15% additional miles.

SAA customers in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, South Africa, South America, and the United Kingdom are encouraged to make use of the V-Wallet to avoid your voucher from expiring and to ensure that your credit is extended for another three years on Voyager.
