Flexible Rebooking Policy – Toronto Terminal Construction

Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill Policy to offer increased connection time for passengers travelling through YYZ on AC093 from SCL due to terminal construction at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers connecting through YYZ are permitted one free change to increase connecting time as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is only permitted on AC operated flights.
Customers choosing to keep their original travel dates will be permitted one free change to increase the connection time.
Customers choosing to change their travel dates within the rebooking window will be permitted one free change within the rebooking window using the published connection times.
