Effective immediately:
For tickets being issued starting February 15, 2024 and onwards (until further notice), for LY tickets being issued on 114 (LY stock), agents must enter the dollar ($$) commission amount, rather than the percentage (%). As the commission seems to come up as $0 in BSP when the commission percentage (%) is entered, please ensure to enter the dollar ($$) amount instead.
For tickets with issue date of Feb 15, 2024 onwards claimed commission in % will not be entertained by the Airline for Retro credit of commission.
